Zion National Park

Hopelessly behind in posting, but today was extra special and deserved to be published right away. Our friends, who live just outside Zion National Park, took us on a tour of this amazing place. Being local, they knew how to circumvent the huge lines that form every day during the summer and get us to the best features before the crowds, and heat, arrive. The ranger who led our interpretive tour spoke of how the park inspires artists the world over. She illustrated her talk with stunning black and white photography, which in turn prompted me to look beyond the incredible colors and create something different.
