Tea

My sister’s take on ratatouille crossed with moussaka (the veg are laid on top of mince). It is finished by popping passata on top, then baking in the oven, before adding cheese near the end. It was extremely tasty :)

Those of you who know me, know I am forever getting passata and pasanda mixed up. My sister was worse and made this dish three times believing passata was white sauce before her son corrected her! LOLs

Back home and mooched all day. The Dopski had her friend over (who screams and squeals a lot).....The Dadski came home unannounced.....ooops. Not only was there no tea for him, he tried to go to bed at seven and had little girls ‘playing’ till half eight. He slept through it though!
