Sausages!

Called at the farm shop this morning to pick up a few provisions, and thought I would have a look round the animals.

The pigs are always amusing.
A couple were walking towards them with their small grandson ( about 2/3 years old)
Grandad turned to him and said “ Oh look. Sausages!”
It did make me laugh.
There was a certificate up in the shop saying
“ Champion Sausage Maker”.
I asked Martin what it was for, and apparently the local village had a competition.
They bought sausages from different butchers, supermarkets, including M&S, and local Lane End Farm Shop.
Then had a BBQ, and asked everyone to vote for their favourite.
Lane End won, much to Martin’s delight.
Well we certainly think they are the best.

An appointment at the hairdresser’s this afternoon. Always feel better after it has been cut. Came out and it started raining!
