Autumn blossom

Lovely to see blossoms emerging of Prunus x subhirtella 'Autumnalis Rosea', winter-flowering cherry, in HB Memorial Park. I went there to look at the avenue of horse chesnuts, which sadly all have to come up because of disease.

Have been busy writing a report and digging so no time for blipping or commenting. Will try to catch up soon!
