Present from Corfu

This little bird is one of a pair on a mobile brought for us from Corfu. It is made of olive wood and its tail is made from three feathers that turn in the wind. It has been a breezy day today and the little tails have been whirring non stop, just outside the kitchen window, a delight!
A lovely summer day today. The oppressive heat has gone and there is a refreshing breeze. The sunshine is showing up very dirty windows. Yesterday's rain must have been laden with dust.
