Reminiscing

I brought 1 of our residents from our care center to the hearing aid shop. Her ear aid needed some customizing as she suffered from a lot of feedback noises. I brought her by wheelchair and as we entered the street she told" i have been living in young age with my parents in this street. So after visiting the shop we went for a big yrip through the city. She recognised the places and was overjoyed. Afterwards we went for a waffle and coffee. When we arrived in our center she said i will never forget this day. But as she id suffering from dementia she might forget it. What counts , she enjoyed the moment. So did i. But steering a wheel chair through Bruges isn t an easy thing as we face a lot of coble stone streets.
