Out came the sunshine ....

My first task this morning was to try and track down a waterproof spray .... good old Sainsburys .... found exactly what I was looking for and it would be on a top shelf where I couldn't reach but there's always someone on hand to help.

I had decided that I was going to take my very lightweight jacket and it wasn't as waterproof as I would like so not only did I spray my jacket I did my shoes and umbrella as well. The spraying had to be done outside .... my acer branches came in very handy!

In one of the gardens nearby a young lad planted some sunflowers and being much taller than the nearby roses and hydrangeas they make quite a spectacular sight.
