I received an interesting e-mail today... a Blackmail from a Hacker (Well Automated E-mail) it showed a password that I used to use ... (which can be scary to see!) the message said that they had used the password to access my PC and filmed me watching Porn! - LOL

This is a fairly common SCAM. If you get one of these, they have not hacked and filmed you... but they have accessed a database of breached data that included both your e-mail and a password (likely from many years ago) 

In this case you should change this password if still in use..
