The Body On The Stairs

Climbing the stairs at Debenhams, I came upon this startling scene. Had this woman been overcome as a result of too much sale shopping? Had she lost her head completely, as had those two onlookers?

Thankfully, she was only having a rest while the shop assistant (left) changed her shoes.
