Sad

Mrs SJR’s Mum passed away today.
Her recovery from illness after a spell in hospital had been slow but we saw real signs of improvement yesterday. Assisted by Mrs SJR she had a very short walk with her dog and then placed a huge shopping  order with Mrs SJR clearly planning for dinners later in the week when granddaughter O was coming to visit. We have now learned that she spoke by phone with several friends saying how much she had enjoyed here wee walk with Lucy.
Her unexpected death has hit everyone hard and it comes on top of the loss of my Dad just a few weeks ago. We are numb yet faced with horrible admin to deal with.
She was a kind caring lady, Granny, Mum and much loved friend. I am not religious but I am sure she is in a happy place.
