Trail Camera

An emergency blip.  I knew I wouldn't be going anywhere  where photography would be easy or any suitable subjects.  For a while now we have had the loan of "the mate's" trail camera.  This has given us an interesting insight into the goings on in the garden when we aren't watching.

Hedgehogs we didn't know visited, Magpies, Jackdaws and Woodpigeons trying to work out how to get into the squirrel feeder.  Smaller birds looking puzzled at the food they can't touch.  The most important however is we can confirm daily visits by more than a single squirrel.  Information useful to the Red Squirrel group.

The other event of the day was seeing Mama Mia here we go again at Rheged.  For one who remembers the Abba years not as good as the original - more music written specially for the film by Benny & Bjorn rather than the favourites we remember.  Still an interesting watch.
