A meet up with old colleagues in Teuchters. Some of us are older than others – as they kept reminding me – but I turned a deaf ear to it. Literally. We used to meet up in Bert's Bar across the street but it has been turned into a bistro. I didn't know Edinburgh had a shortage of bistros, but it may soon have a shortage of decent pubs if this trend continues.
