Mr C & Dad..

Sitting in Gwennap Pit, an outdoor amphitheater used by the Methodist founder, John Wesley, for his preaching.

Today we all set off for St. Ives with the plan to visit the Tate gallery. However, the car park was full (we catch the wonderful little coastal train in) and queues going into St, Ives looked heavy so we did an about turn and headed to Hayle. A walk along their little promenade garden and returned on the coast road to stop at Hells Mouth where we enjoyed refreshments before a bit of a coastal walk. We stopped off at the pit on the way home.

A cloudy start gave way to some sunshine, in fact got a little burnt...you don’t feel it when there is a breeze.

A couple of extras... north coast of Cornwall ;-)
