Being in Northumberland we had to visit Hadrian’s Wall didn’t we? Nearly 5 years since a friend and I walked it all. I’d forgotten how stunning it is; we walked the Steel Rigg to Housesteads section , with the popular Sycamore Gap. I think summer sunshine just trumps November rain ....
