White vans

Most white commercial vans we see on the road now have signs asking “How’s my Driving?” Or a speed restriction sign. So I was a little surprised to pull up behind this one this morning and notice something a bit different.
It’s rained a lot today and no-one is complaining and I think a bit glad of cooler temperatures.
