The admirable Pittenweem Arts Festival. Some wonderful stuff, some guff, but all in all a grand day out. The ceramics were generally fantastic. The paintings are a bit landscape dominated and I find them to be overly colourful as current fashion dictates, but I could have spent a fortune.. Superb lunch of a hearty Cullen Skink and a pint of IPA. 

In truth the best bit is just wandering around Pittenweem for a day and being nosey going into peoples houses!
