It got to past sunset before I remembered I needed a blip, by which time I was giving some of these a quick go in the silver dip. It's a long time since this lot has seen the light of day, but since Mum has invited 60 people to her birthday party we've all been scrabbling about in the backs of cupboards to find crockery and cutlery - not to mention the cooking. I think I'll start using these when I get back.

I'm off to Farnham in the morning and staying down there for a week with my sisters so that we can spend Mum's actual birthday with her on Thursday and say goodbye to sister A2 who's heading back to Texas on Saturday and won't be back until next year.
