Sweet Sushi

My granddaughter Moira had the grand idea to make a sushi cake for her mother’s birthday. We’ve been planning this for several weeks and today was the baking and decorating day. We were both pleased with the end result. Can’t wait for my daughter to experience her Sushi cake on Sunday when we celebrate her 35th birthday.
