Early Morning Training

What a lovely time of the day to be out having an early morning row.  It doesn't take long for the mountains to change colour.  Extra No. 1 was taken about 5 minutes after this one.  The mountains are already a different colour.  The coach shouted out to them to put their jersey's on!  The second extra is of a dog chasing the ducks.  Once again the mountains are a different hue of blue.

I have clocked up 9,000 steps, only 1,000 to go.  It is a beautiful sunny day, not too cold +9C.
