Faraday

An interesting sculpture by Sir Eduardo Paolozzi at the University of Birmingham. It pays homage to the achievements of Michael Faraday, the scientist. At the base of the sculpture there are some lines from T. S. Eliot's The Dry Salvages which were chosen by the artist to reflect on the reasons young people come to University - to travel, listen, think and change.
