I hadn't heard of them.  They're good - proper rhythm and blues.

As to the extra, any ideas I might have (briefly) entertained about going on a diet have been dispersed with the discovery of panna cotta ice-creams from Lidl's.  But I've had no luck with the Portuguese custard tarts on the last couple of visits!
