Monsoon storm

Today's photo was going to be a boring one of one of those "wacky waving inflatable arm-flailing tube-men" at ASU's downtown campus. But a monster of a storm moved in just as I was getting off work, so plans changed.

I set my camera on a tripod and under cover of the third floor stairway (of four floors), I captured this and the one in extras.
