Not as planned

Isobel, Stanley and I intended to go to Chepstow Castle today but a closed road, a diversion that took us round in a complete circle for an hour and mile long traffic jams meant we gave up and headed for the safety of Crickley Hill!

A wander round, a pesto and mozzarella wrap and a cup of tea later we all felt a lot better!

Later on, and before picking Freya up from the airport on her return from Ireland, Isobel and I went for a meal at Cote Brasserie!

The whole day turned out completely different to what we planned, but fun nonetheless!
