I bought a tin of anchovies to help make a coating for some lamb chops that had come out of the freezer. A lot of people who know me know that salted anchovies are one of my, if not the, favourite foods. I eat them straight out the tin or jar, every time saying, "ok this is my last one." It's a wonder there were any left for the marinade, but thankfully there were.
Anchovy smothered, rare cooked lamb chops are fantastic.
