Smiles all round

As this is the first time that Murphy has been on holiday, we have used this week as an opportunity to meet people.

Having left our cute little house this morning we’ve driven to Hawes in North Yorkshire to meet Airedaleknitter, Mr H and Reggie. We’ve spoken for many years but this is the first time that we’ve physically met and hugged.

As you can see Reggie is a little bigger than Murphy and was a little large to be lifted for the photo.

After an excellent lunch at the Wensleydale Creamery, also enjoyed by many wasps (I now know to stay calm and they don’t hurt you) we went for a walk around Hawes. In the extr you Dan see a double lorry carrying bales of hay over the bridge and Blipbear and team finally getting a ride on a sheep. Ok it wasn’t a real one but the others wouldn’t keep still.

We’ve arrived home safely through lots of rain.

Reality now kicks in and the unpacking has to be faced.
