Remembering the fallen

It had been my intention to go and photograph the parade through town, but I managed to arrive on the scene just as the 2 minute silence was starting and by then the crowds were 7 or 8 deep. It was a moving experience nonetheless and I was very glad I'd made the 40 minute walk up to the memorial.
