Quiet evening in west Funchal

Early start to catch a flight from London Stansted to Madeira.

After checking into our hotel, we later walked along the seafront by the tourist hotels of western Funchal before returning to our own hotel, the lovely Costanheiro, in the Old Town district.

Had Scabbard Fish cooked with bananas for dinner.
