When in doubt, blip dinner

There was the most wonderful light this evening as the sun went down and I was stuck in work. Completely dark when I finished - no blippertunities. So - dinner it is - red onion, garlic, chopped fresh ginger, courgettes, tomatoes, tomato puree, tuna and sweet chiili sauce. Stir fried, with noodles. And a G&T or 2. Lovely
