Homemade sweet & sour meatball with roasted po

I got home early today and wasn't that hungry. So, I had sometimes to make something yummy. I made meatball over the weekend and froze them. So, it's time to use them now. I made this sweet and sour meatballs which turned out very yummy and juicy. The roasted potato and brussel sprout were cooked perfectly. It was a very pleasing and lovely meal! Definitely gonna make it again!
