Serious botch up

If you are going to build an extension over an old clay trap instead of putting in a  swept bend, then be sure to cast your negligent incompetence in stone (or concrete in this case).  And for good measure lay  copper heating pipes on top of that and round it off with a concrete screed and floor tiles on top of the lot.  Then sell the house.
