Busy Bees

Weather can’t seem to decide what to do today but it still feels warm to me.
Rebecca called round with Verity on their way to the supermarket.
Good to hear about their week away in the caravan .
Girls had surfing lessons and did a lot of rowing in the dingy.
Verity had run 5k every morning too.
Yesterday on their way home they were booked in to do some one off classes with Birmingham Royal Ballet, Ballet Rambert and Mathew Bourne.
These were held at The Lowry Centre so they set off from Abersoch before 6.0am to get there in time.
Two oldest girls are at Summer School at their dance studio in Skipton all week and Kitty is at sports camp at Ilkley Tennis Club.
Such busy bees.
Two grandsons have gone to Lanzerote today so we have the week to ourselves.
Made my first visit to the gym and worked through the programme that has been prescribed for me.
Managed okay but reduced the weights on one machine.
Mr P also showed me two other things to include and l managed those too.
It wasn’t as bad as l expected.
On returning home found the lavender bush still providing lots of pollen for the bees so l took a lazy shot that will be my blip today.
Now going to watch a plethora of sport on TV.
I’ve loved the European Championships.
