Quicksilver Pool

i stopped at cleawox lake on the way home from work to take a blip of the lake and sand dune banks. as is often the case, a detail shot proves more interesting than the intended scene. at the water's edge lies this hefty granite boulder covered with moss and a few needles from a shore pine (for pranaphoto) that stretched out-of-site but above. the shallow water swirled like quicksilver with the cold winter breeze.
