Approval

I think the other residents of our garden approve of the new hummingbird stickers and hope that it means no more birds will fall into their little patch, having hit the window.

We visited another church this morning - took a while to feel comfortable as it was very laid back and informal and we have been used to a more formal setting in recent years. We acclimatised and enjoyed it in the end and people were chatty. They serve coffee before and after the service and you get a pastry as well (and toast before). Can’t be bad! It’s quite odd at the moment not being settled in a particular church, but we do feel it’s right to ‘do the rounds’ before we decide where it’s right to be on a more permanent basis.

The sun is now coming out after a very rainy morning.
