Family walk

Family walk this morning - just in time, we got back, I put the washing out, husband started cooking lunch outside and of course, it tipped  it down.  Boys thought that lunch cooked in the garage was fantastic.  Youngest tried to stop the rain by turning the outside tap off - my heart melted at that one. 

Work starts tomorrow, feeling ok about it, looking forward to a new routine and getting back to using my brain and the job satisfaction that (usually) goes with that.  Am appeasing my guilt by re-reading my book about how the French bring up their children - they advocate mothers working.
