Winds of change!

Helped Mrs BR to erect our new tent in Jersey last night then retired, with her, to the Radisson for a welcome sleep (we're not crazy!)
Woke to heavy rain for most of today but, when we visited the tent to prepare for the grandchildren's arrival it was snug and dry inside.
Today I had to return to Guernsey and Mrs BR is captain of the camping team....sadly(!) I am back in our own room at home tonight after catching the fast ferry back to Guernsey 8-)
They are going to have a great fun week I'm sure with a very  packed itinerary so no doubt some interesting blips.
Today's blip shows the very high tide and the fading summer flowers which decorate the harbour....this one is straight from the camera and quite nice I thought.
