Altogether different

Today was the monthly meeting of my former employer's photo club, so I happened to be there at the same time as the head of the organization was holding a public meeting with... yes, Bono. Bono's been a staunch advocate for international development, so I respect the guy for more than just his (fabulous) tunes.

Shooting celebs is not really my cup of tea -- not for lack of opportunity over my (illustrious?) career, but because everyone "does" them, they are always a bit guarded, and it's tough to get a really genuine shot.

Anyhow, here he is, in the flesh (all 5'4" of him...) ;)
