Birthday Cake!

Today we drove to Brattleboro, VT to visit with our son Evan, his wife Chelsea, and our grand daughter Nora.  They surprised me after lunch with this lovely (and delicious!) chocolate birthday cake, positively ablaze with candles.  Here are Chelsea and Nora delivering the goodies to the table (and yes, that brown blur at the bottom of the photograph is Mabel!)

Nora has grown so tall since we last saw her.  She'll be turning 4 in September -- hard to believe!
