Earthquake repairs

We have sold our earthquake damaged unit in Geraldine Street. After years of arguing with EQC and the insurance company the properties have been sold to a developer. He has already dug holes which are under white covers. These will be accessed to jack up and level the building before a total refurbishment takes place.
