I've got nothing for the optional challenge 'joint', except that I booked a chiropractor appointment this morning. I'm going on Thursday. It'll be a first for me.

I had a good day at work; I felt fairly productive and my office is much tidier than it was first thing, so that was a bonus!

Then home to walk Abe at the Wetlands. He's so strong and I'm getting a little bit frustrated with trying to walk him on lead. I'm wondering if I need to look at getting some help before he hurts me or himself ...

I've just cooked dinner, Little Miss is doing her homework and I'm trying to decide if 7:15 is too early to retire to bed with a cup of tea and a good book ...?
