Lunch!

OK so I lied. I’ve had lunch - this is just an afternoon snack. I am languishing in the coffee shop in Ystrad Mynach Hospital waiting for my wife who has a hydrotherapy session.

The coffee was disgusting but the Kit-Kat was nice :-)
