Mono Monday - Joint

Nothing wacky, just a slightly dusty tripod. I quite like the "charcoal pencil" effect of the background, which is really just the blue carpet in my study. The tripod is a recent acquisition after the head of my last one decided to fall off, unexpectedly. Thankfully the camera wasn't on it at the time.

A tripartite day, with a mixture of last minute packing for camp (and a few final online ticket sales before I close off the page), and tennis (how splendid it is to have a tennis court close by the front garden), interspaced with laughter from me as Janet goes full-on Aunty Mary at SSE Home Services, who cancelled our boiler service for the third time running (but now promise ever so firmly to be here on Thursday morning).

The weather has been quite decent today - hence the tennis - and we can only trust that those who command the climate understand how very pleased we'd be if the rain didn't bother us over the week. Oh, and finally, I forgot to thank you all for your very lovely comments on our recent annibirthary. Thank you!
