These two Scots lassies did Britain well proud in the 1500 metres in Berlin! Gold & Bronze!

So well done them!

And then you've got the (extra) nostalgia of the Jerusalem Trumpets again. These people have the most incredible root systems. When I lived in Biez we had a giant & it's roots managed to wriggle up through the tiles in our living room!
