One thing led to another today.

We went into the jewellers to discuss getting my wife’s engagement ring sized slightly larger. Conversation turned to her wedding ring..... it’s been too tight for too long. So, off it came. Quite an emotional few minutes after over 30 years of wearing. The ring is engraved - and that’ll need repairing now.
We went to the Scores Hotel for tea and scones afterwards.
