Another airport goodbye

We all had to get up very early to get to the airport. K & the Js had a flight to Dublin, then a connection onto San Francisco.
It meant our usual airport habit of a farewell meal could not happen this time.
I am miserable. I know it will pass but that is all there is to say about today.
