Amber Cove, Dominican Republic.

On this day I visited the coffee plantation in the mountains which is situated next to a little 'hotel' where all rooms are 'outdoors' overlooking the mountains and valleys. Bathrooms are also outside in wooden cabins. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We spent an hour planting coffee beans and continued on to taste the coffee and learn about it! :)
