Once again we woke to unseasonal and frankly unheard of biblical quantities of rain. 
This would never normally be a problem, but Coco (our house guest) does NOT do thunder. Poor dog - she spent most of today shaking.
It really is very difficult and makes normally scaredy-cat Tara look quite brave!
However about 4.30pm the rain stopped, and the hot sun quickly returned and so I coaxed her out in to the garden (which in itself took some doing as she did not trust it had stopped!).

The garden really needed to be drenched. We are due more before she leaves on Friday  - but for her sake I hope it gets delayed till she's back home...
