A sweet hiatus in Singapore
The rest being seriously below average. I watched five movies on the first leg, not even back to back. There was still plenty of time for reading, sudoku and dreadful food in between. I don't know how many hours it all was, but I'd say there was maybe a half hours sleep in 24. Got to love travelling cattle class, don't you?
But at Singapore airport they have installed a butterfly garden where clouds of butterflies float around, gently bumping into to you as you walk about. So humid it was seriously steamy in a cottontails kind-of-way.
As if this wasn't enough, they've included a chrysalis cabinet where you can watch the butterflies emerge. Interestingly, there was some correlation between this and my arrival in Sydney.
Crumpled.
But that's were any similarity stopped.
