Vitamin D

Everyday trying to sit out in the sun for 20 minutes and eat some oranges while doing so! Oranges help the body absorb vitamin D.
Trying to enjoy the sun while it last. Feels like Christmas and winter are upon us. So there’s going to be very little sun and i’ll have to start my vitamin D supplement again.
