Over ambitious

A busy day looking after the man and cooking , washing and cleaning. It got to about 8 pm and I realised that this lot needed dealing with before they started to go mouldy.
So I washed them, stripped them from the stems and cooked gently to extract the juice. And when I should have been going to bed I was putting them in a jelly bag to strain. Soon they will be redcurrant jelly.
