Political Statement or Shopping Trolley Art

Seen late this afternoon in Stadt Mitte.. A multi coloured , political  statement  pushed along by the creator, a somewhat loud individual who expressed  his feelings en route .This is the display on one side , the other carried more messages. In the wagon were the possessions of the 'owner' and creator. Minimal life style with a message .
